1. How to Request Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and related personal data by contacting our support channel within the app or on our website. Please provide your account identifier (for example, your registered email or user ID) so we can verify ownership.
2. Verification Process
To protect your account security, we may ask for additional verification before processing your request. If verification cannot be completed, we may be unable to fulfill deletion.
3. What Will Be Deleted
- Profile and account information associated with your account.
- Service usage data that can be deleted under applicable law.
- Other personal data stored for normal product operations.
4. Data That May Be Retained
Some data may be retained when required by law, for fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or compliance purposes. Retained data is limited to what is necessary for those obligations.
5. Processing Time
We will process valid deletion requests within a reasonable period after successful verification and inform you once the request has been completed.
